Being the major principle of the company operation, satisfy-the-customer principle has done its business and nowadays "Raskat-telecom" enjoys staying one of the leaders of the modern market for telecommunication systems. This is the reason for the wide diversity of company's customers. They are spread through Russia geographically, as well as they belong to different industries. Small local operators and huge regional enterprises, public enterprises and private companies subsidized by the state, institutions and plants - all of these are customers of "Raskat-telecom". By now, "Raskat-telecom" deals with companies of different size in many branches of Russian economy. Long-run and reliable partnership relations have been established with many of them, which help find accurate decisions that make the customers better off. This is a small list of "Raskat's" customers: - JSC Svyazinvest. Svyazinvest is Russia's biggest telecommunication holding providing both traditional telephony and new telecom services. It consists of seven interregional companies. Four of them are our regular customers. They are , CenterTelecom, , VolgaTelecom, , Uzhnaya Telecommunication Company and , Sibir'Telecom. Another subsidiary of Svyazinvest, , RosTelecom is also our patron - TSAGI. TSAGI stands for Central AeroHydrodynamic Institution situated in Jukovsky city - Financial academy attached to the government of the Russian Federation. These two state institutions are our customers and their needs are constantly growing - Different plants and factories are our customers too: - Perlovskiy plant for energetic equipment - Nadvoitskiy aluminium plant - Votkinskiy plant regularly order "Omega" systems for their businesses - It is very easy to find public companies among our clients: - Chukotstroyzakazchik in Anadyr - 521 SMU VMF Murmanssvyazstroy in Murmansk - Our major customers are local private operators: - Permskaya telecommunication company - Gibkie telecommunication systems - PKF Rif - Reutov Telecom - Kamensk Telecom are only one of the few companies on a huge list of operators. The company is proud to have such a variety of customers and to cooperate with all of them. Most of these relations have already been established and work efficiently today, still some of them need refreshment and "Raskat" tries to improve on them continuously. General approach used by "Raskat" claims that every customer must be handled separately, and the company pays huge attention to different small things of our customers' businesses. This is the key to establishing long-run mutually lucrative relations with our customers. |
